• 3. Send to Dan: 1. Proof of Insurance, 2. PHRF Certificate (if have it), 3. Club membership info
• 4. Download the Race Documents (scroll down to "Downloads")
• 5. Have your crew complete the "Crew Entry Form" (next box below)
